Primary Responsibilities

Content Creation and Storytelling:

  • Craft compelling and original content across formats, including blogs, social media posts, press releases, articles, and website copy.
  • Write motion graphics scripts that are engaging, visually-oriented, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client branding and messaging strategies.
  • Create platform-specific social media content, adapting tone and style for target audiences.
  • Collaborate with designers and multimedia teams to develop visually appealing content that supports storytelling.

Research and Strategy:

  • Conduct in-depth research on trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to create relevant and impactful content.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role demonstrating strong relationship management skills. This could include experience in customer service, account management, sales, or any role requiring direct interaction and communication with clients.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Experience coordinating projects, managing timelines, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
