Moris Media is currently hiring for Senior Human Resource Manager in Russia. This job may require you to lead and oversee all aspects of the human resources department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures, encompassing areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development. As the Senior Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and cultivating a high-performance culture. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize workforce effectiveness. Your expertise will be essential in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring that Moris Media has the right people in the right roles to drive success. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and maintaining accurate HR records.
